Our Programme
Our Objectives
Nurturing Confident Communicators with Strong Character
At Merino’s Kingdom, Speech & Drama is more than learning to speak confidently or perform on stage. It is a meaningful journey that helps children discover their voice, build positive character and develop the confidence to express themselves with kindness, courage and respect.
Every lesson is thoughtfully designed to nurture the whole child through stories, role play, imaginative play and creative expression.
Character First
We believe strong character is the foundation of confident living. Through meaningful stories and role play, children learn values such as kindness, respect, honesty, responsibility, perseverance and empathy, helping them make positive choices both in and beyond the classroom.
Confidence Through Expression
As children learn to express their thoughts, emotions and ideas clearly, they develop the confidence to speak, participate and perform. Every child is encouraged to find their own voice in a safe and supportive environment.
Communication Skills
Children develop clear speech, articulation, voice projection, expressive language and active listening skills through poems, storytelling, drama games and performances. These communication skills prepare them for school and everyday life.
Creativity and Imagination
Stories come alive through movement, music and dramatic play, encouraging children to think creatively, solve problems and explore new ideas with curiosity and joy.
Social and Emotional Growth
Drama encourages children to work together, understand different perspectives and express their emotions appropriately. They learn cooperation, empathy and resilience while building meaningful friendship.
